Dear all, I'm sure everyone of you have heard of the devastation that hit Japan during the earthquake last Friday. It is indeed heart wrenching to see them going through the pain of losing everything, be it homes and for some, their loved ones in a split of a second. Those moments are definitely feeling like eternity for them.
It is cold right now in Japan. I have been following rather closely on the news about Japan here. To see the devastation of Japan in these aftermath pictures, my heart goes to them. There are about 400,000 people who have lost their homes and are suffering from the shock of the impact, and I am sure, at loss at what to do.
A lot of us cannot do a whole lot, but we can pray that God will continue to be their Prince of Peace and Comforter during this time of trials and tribulations for the country. I urge you to continue to pray alongside with me for Japan.
Aside from that, let's contribute, even if it's a little bit, to help them. Groupsmore has set up a contribution to the Red Cross' Emergency Disaster Relief in Japan and other affected areas. All they need from you is just RM3. They have also promised to match our contribution dollar for dollar. That means doubling the amount which we have contributed. It's small effort, but if we join hands and contribute, I believe every small effort of ours will make a difference in one person's life.
